Lisa Wiles

Hi and welcome!
Giving people their lives back is without doubt THE thing I love about my job. Conversely, what frustrates me most is seeing people suffer unnecessarily with pain and movement issues which can be resolved. I don’t know if it’s the great British stiff upper lip or simply a lack of awareness, but seeking help with muscle and joint niggles falls right to the bottom of many people’s priority lists. It needn’t be that way, which is why I’m launching my new Physical Wellness Blog. It’s packed with hints and tips for identifying and managing common conditions, and real life stories to show you what is possible.
