Are you a Physiotherapist who wants more than just a job?


We're not your average clinic. At Hands That Heal, we've spent 15 years building something genuinely special in East Yorkshire — and we're growing. We're looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our team across our South Cave and Pocklington clinics, and help us keep changing lives.

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with real potential to grow into a full-time position as we expand. If you're ready to be part of something bigger, read on.

What makes us different?

Walk into Hands That Heal and you'll notice it straight away. Our clinics are equipped with shockwave therapy, ultrasound, and 3D scanning technology. We run 22 weekly classes — from Reformer Pilates to falls prevention. Our team genuinely supports each other, and every member has a voice in how we grow.


We also believe in giving back. Our team takes physiotherapy beyond clinic walls seeing patients in the community.. You'll be part of that too.

What you'll actually be doing day to day

No two days are the same here. You might start the morning running a Reformer Pilates class, spend the afternoon delivering 1-to-1 assessments, and finish the week at a community health event in the local area. You'll:

  • Manage and progress your own caseload with full clinical backing
  • Deliver group exercise classes alongside 1-to-1 physiotherapy
  • Use cutting-edge kit — shockwave, 3D scanning — to get the best outcomes for patients
  • Travel between our South Cave, Pocklington sites and the community
  • Collaborate with a brilliant team of physios
  • Contribute to our local community working

What we need from you

 Current HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist

  • Degree-level qualification in Physiotherapy (or equivalent recognised by the HCPC)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle insured for business use (you'll be travelling between sites and going out into our community)
  • Availability to work alternate Saturdays
  • Confidence delivering group classes and 1-to-1 care
  • A genuine passion for patient-centred, community-focused physiotherapy

What to expect from our process

We keep it straightforward — a two-stage process including an informal chat and a shadowing assessment so you can see the clinic and meet the team before committing. We want it to feel right for both of us.

A DBS check will be required for this role.
