You don’t need to be an existing client, just as long as you have a pre-screening check-up with us first, and you have the choice of booking a six-week block of classes or opting to pay as you go.



With classes of no more than 12 people and our own expert therapists as instructors, you are ensured a workout that can be adapted to suit your particular needs.
